Pillar 04 · Arts & Crafts
Made by hand. Shared by many.
Clay, cloth, wood, paint and patience — creativity at a Manna Fest is something everyone gets to touch.

Skills live in hands, not just in books.
Every community has makers: the knitter down the street, the carpenter who fixes everything, the teenager who paints murals. A Manna Fest gives them a table and an audience that wants to learn.
The emphasis is on doing together. Rather than browsing stalls, people sit down, try, fail a little, and leave with something they made and a skill they can keep.
What it could include
What making could look like
- 01
Local makers
Artisans sharing their work and the stories behind it.
- 02
Handmade objects
Things made slowly, with care, meant to last.
- 03
Hands-on workshops
Short, welcoming sessions for complete beginners.
- 04
Traditional skills
Weaving, pottery, carving and techniques at risk of being forgotten.
- 05
Upcycling & repair
Mending, reusing and transforming what we already have.
- 06
Collaborative art
Murals, banners and installations made by the whole gathering.

For all ages
Creativity doesn't check your age.
Some of the best workshops pair a seasoned maker with a curious child. Skills pass down, enthusiasm passes up, and both leave changed.
Questions for your community

- 2.
Who has a skill they'd love to teach for an afternoon?
- 3.

- 4.
What could the whole gathering create as one piece?

Help shape the first Manna Fests.
This is the beginning. If you can picture a Manna Fest where you live — or want to bring your cooking, music, craft or care to one — add your voice while the ethos is still being written.
